At Dirty Dog Clothing, we don’t fuck around when it comes to getting your gear to you. Whether you’re on the jobsite or hitting the pool hall, you need your workwear delivered fast and reliable—no excuses.
This Shipping Policy is the blueprint of it all, so there’s zero confusion. Read it, understand it, and shop with confidence.
Order Processing
We process orders within 1–2 business days—Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may get processed the next business day. Our production time may add 1-3 days. We work hard to get your order out the door quickly, but we don't work in the rain, it might take a bit longer to get the job done. We’ll let you know if that happens.
Shipping Costs
Shipping isn’t free—it costs money to move heavy-duty gear, and we charge accordingly. Rates depend on your location and the shipping option you pick at checkout. From time to time, we charge per item or free shipping promos, but this isn't welfare.
Shipping Methods
We only use carriers that can handle the tough stuff: UPS, FedEx, and USPS. They get your order where it needs to go—from the cities to the oil fields, and even overseas.
Delivery Timeframes
Expect your order to arrive 5-10 business days after shipping if you’re in the U.S. This does not include the time for production, typically 1-3 days. International orders take longer—customs, weather, and other B.S. can slow things down. Plan accordingly.
Delays and Interruptions
Shit happens—weather delays, carrier backlogs, supply chain snarls. We don’t control that stuff, but we’ll keep you updated. You know the drill. Don’t expect miracles, but do expect honesty.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at dirtydogclothes@gmail.com. We’ll sort it out faster than 5am comes after a night of chasing tail.
