Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Dirty Dog Clothing, we stand behind every damn stitch — but we get it, sometimes things don’t fit right or just aren’t what you expected. No hard feelings. Here’s how returns and exchanges work around here.
The Basics

You’ve got 3 days from when your gear shows up to send it back. After that? Don’t bother brother.

Gear must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the tags. If you wore it to pour concrete or test it on local cougars, it’s yours now. We might cut you a break on a site by site basis, but don't expect it.

No returns on clearance items, gift cards, or any custom/special edition gear. Those are final sale — no exceptions, no whining.
How to Return

Email us at dirtydogclothes@gmail.com with your order number and what you want to return.

We’ll send you the return blueprint — follow the plan.

Once we get the gear back and inspect it, you’ll get your refund or store credit (minus any shipping you paid). Usually hits your account within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Sometimes our beer gut sneaks up on us too. Email us and we’ll set you up with an exchange — if we have it in stock. Otherwise, we’ll refund you and you can re-order.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
We don’t screw this up often, but if we did — wrong item, damaged on arrival, whatever — hit us up immediately (within 48 hours). We’ll work OT and make it right. No runaround, no B.S.
Return Shipping

If it’s our fault, we’ll eat the return shipping.

If it’s your decision, return shipping is on you. Fair’s fair.
Final Word
We’re not Amazon. We’re not a big-box chain with soulless policies. We work in the field and party at the dive bars too. Just a small, gritty crew making quality gear for hard-working people — and we treat returns with the same straight-up respect. Work with us, and we’ll work with you. If you have real problems we'll do our best to give you real solutions whether your're on the road or wife took it in the divorce.
